For Love of Neighbor: Politics for the Common Good is a documentary film and small group discussion series that invites us to consider how we can be salt and light in a system needing redemption – fulfilling the call to love our neighbors and be a blessing to the nations.
The series is a six-week course beginning with a documentary film that explores the personal stories of three Christians searching for a better way to engage. Subsequent weeks and videos feature leading faith experts helping to think through hard questions like: What is government for? How should Christians operate in a pluralistic society? How do you balance the character and policy positions of a politician? and How can I escape the trap of toxic polarization?
Below, find the 50-minute documentary film, five follow-up videos that delve deeper into the film's themes, promotional materials, and a weekly discussion guide that will help leaders and individuals ask insightful questions in a small group or congregation.
